The limits, said up front
What it does not do.
- It is not an energy audit.Albedo qualifies a potential from a few parameters. A regulatory audit is the work of an engineering firm, with a site survey.
- Nothing is measured.Every result is calculated. They are cross-checked against a second independent simulation tool, which is not the same as a measurement on an occupied building.
- Results are not contractual.They depend on assumptions that stay visible alongside every result. They may be wrong for your building; that is precisely what we discuss next.
